Participate in a brief 2-minute evaluation survey from Truemed, which will be assessed by a licensed practitioner for a fee of $30.

02. QUALIFYING

If you qualify, Truemed's licensed professionals will provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity, akin to a physician writing a prescription. This letter can facilitate reimbursements for a period of 12 months!
